How does it work?

MER is typically used in 6 - 9-hour-long breakthrough sessions

that focus on one specific area of life, e.g. health, relationship, career, family or personal development.

In some cases, a follow-up session a few days later is required

to make sure that all the negative emotions have disappeared, and limitations and bad habits are all gone.

After your first MER session

you can continue on with coaching without ever needing a MER again. Or, based on the success of your first session, you can decide to have breakthrough sessions in each category e.g. on a monthly basis. It is up to you!

Coaching is strongly encouraged after the Breakthrough process

to keep you on track as you build your new habits. Imagine, you have been living with your unconscious program for a long time and now there is a sudden transformational change. It is the most effective when it is nurtured.

I will have you think about them briefly, but most probably we will never talk about them again. I believe that by the end of your MER session, you will re-evaluate the key moments in your past, and instead of considering them as blockages or emotionally distressing events, you will see them as important milestones for learning and development.
